In a large number of industrial processes, water and/or other liquids are used for several applications, like cooling, heating, dosing, mixing, purification and power transmission. To guarantee an optimal operation vast amounts of energy, time and money are invested in engineering and the selection of components and contractors. The applied liquids are selected carefully based on e.g. cooling capacity, lubrication properties etc. The performance of the liquid, and thus of the concerning process are, however, effected negatively by the presence of gasses and solids in the liquid. The entering and/or origination of gasses and solids can mostly not be avoided. The negative consequences very well can!
Spirotech is specialised in the development and supply of the best possible solutions for the separation of gasses and solids from liquid systems. In close cooperation with the users optimal applications are proposed, based on the specific process parameters. Thru field measurements and laboratory tests we simply can show the benefits of the Spirovent separators, such as optimal productivity, decreased maintenance, less failures and less down time. If applicable, solutions can be developed as OEM-products.
